about ARISE

Arise is a Release-Time for Religious Instruction Program specifically designed for High School students in public High Schools.  We provide an opportunity for teenagers to have meaningful conversations with friends and youth leaders from the community during the school day.

Spiritual questions and biblical values shouldn’t be accessible only in the evenings and weekends; Arise brings them into the school day.

Arise utilizes a Supreme Court Ruling that allows Churches and Public Schools to work in tandem to provide students with an opportunity to practice religious freedom within the context of Public School systems. The program takes place off school property, uses no taxpayer funding, and requires written consent from a parent or guardian.

Arise gives students outlets for safe personal expression and faith exploration that public school systems cannot.

CREATING SPACE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO explore faith AROUND TABLES WHERE honest questions arise AND THE NEXT GENERATION CONNECTS TO THE LOCAL CHURCH — during the school day.
